      <description>Error: unable to connect. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Error downloading remote file &lt;A href="ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software2/COL3293/catalog.xml" target="_blank"&gt;ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software2/COL3293/catalog.xml&lt;/A&gt; to local file C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\wh18.tmp. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have reinstalled 4.0 till 4.1 with new repository.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is no files under c:\windows\temp&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can acces this site with the browser, the loged in user have full access to c:\windows\temp&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What to do?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;/Jonas&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
