SIM 5.3 SP1 System Type showing "Unknown"

All-

New install of SIM and I have some 380G4's, and G5's showing as System Type "Unknown". I've verified my Global Protocol settings and tried multiple Hardware/Software discovery all without any help.

Any suggestions?

select one of the unidentified systems and run (options -> Identify Systems). The textbox will give you some insight where it's failing.
