      <title>SIM 5.3 SP1 System Type showing "Unknown"</title>

      <description>All-&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;New install of SIM and I have some 380G4's, and G5's showing as System Type "Unknown".  I've verified my Global Protocol settings and tried multiple Hardware/Software discovery all without any help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any suggestions?</description>

      <description>select one of the unidentified systems and run (options -&amp;gt; Identify Systems). The textbox will give you some insight where it's failing.</description>
