Hi,

another solution is, to activate the clustering information management agents at both servers. Then it is possible to discover and monitor both server correctly and the virtual ip address (NLB) also.
NLB is then disovered with system type "cluster".

It works fine for me.

Regards
Ralf

By default HPSIM will discover all of the servers in the subnet of the device it was installed on.

With servers with NLB I usually add the virtual Port to the Discovery Exclusion list and delete it if it was discovered.

Then manually discover (or check they're in the discovery range) the servers.

Look at installing the entire Proliant Support Pack. They're bundled releases.
