    <description>Remove all versions of JRE you have installed and when prmpted, install the one from the SIM server. Also perform a reboot after you uninstall the others.</description>

      <title>SIM Console hanging</title>

      <description>I'm running IE 6.0 on Windows XP SP1 and my IE connection to the SIM server hangs a couple of times a day. I end up killing IE and restarting again. I log back onto the console and it works fine again. I have even upgrade JRE on the workstation to the latest available version with same results. Anyone having the same problem?</description>
