does IM use these ports ?

Transmission Control Protocol, Src Port: netml (2288), Dst Port: hp-managed-node (382)

Transmission Control Protocol, Src Port: venus-se (2431), Dst Port: hp-alarm-mgr (383), Seq: 0, Len: 0

Transmission Control Protocol, Src Port: fjappmgrbulk (2510), Dst Port: hp-collector (381), Seq: 0, Len: 0

We have this traffic blocked everynight once at the firewall. Source is HP OM 7.5 System with Insight Agent istalled .....

it doesn't look like IM using this ports. Doc is helpfull anyway. I still like to know who initiates this traffic ....
