      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;I installed VC Agent (whole Support Pack) on a DL385 G5p running Windows Server 2008 x64. I configured the system like all others in my domain. SIM says that there is no VC Agent installed on this sytem. HS, MP and ES are ok. What can I do, VC agent is definitly installed and configured like the others.&lt;BR /&gt;Best regards.</description>

      <description>So this meens that you see it in the management page and when you click on it give you VCA page?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;but you don't see it in insight,try remove it and re-adding it,probleme is the scan of the server, does sim has the full right to scan everything in it,firewall,certificate?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Dan&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Say thank you with hp points..</description>

      <description>hmmm, no change, I did what you suggested without success.&lt;BR /&gt;What I just found out, on the SIM if I click on Tools -&amp;gt; System Information -&amp;gt; System Management Homepage I got an error that the Tool (SMH) is not installed. &lt;BR /&gt;But it is definetly installed.</description>
