Does anyone know what the roadmap is for Windows 2008 R2 support – when is that due and will they still continue to support the 32 bit version of Windows 2008 with that release?

I cant answer you first question, but as for 32-bit, Windows 2008 R2 will not be released in 32-bit version. It is only available as 64-bit.

I tried installing SIM 5.3 on Windows 2008 R2 RTM just for kicks and it seems to work fine for me but obviously HP has to officially support it before I would go production with it.

Nelson

Actually, VCRM will not install on Windows 2008 R2; at least with the version that comes with SIM 5.3.

Nelson
