topic cqmgserv.exe taking 50% cpu time in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

I have an ML310 G5 running SBS 2003 SP2. The PSP version is 8.25a. This is the only server in the shop since it's just a small business, hence the reason for running SBS.

The cqmgserv.exe process is taking 50% of the cpu consistently. I've searched for causes but can't find anything more recent than a few years ago relating to PSP version 7.3/7.4.

Jonathan
So does anyone have any idea what to do?

I also have another server, a new ML310 G5p, running SBS 2008 SP1. Quad 2.66GHz cpu, 8GB RAM.

On this one the cqmgserv.exe process is consistently running 25% which still seems high to me. I don't recall seeing other HP servers I've worked on in the past having this process take up so much cpu time.

I do hope someone has an idea of what to do on these.

Jonathan
