https://community.hpe.com/t5/server-management-systems/communication-problems/m-p/4488103#M38713 HPSIM communicates with the servers via polling using SMP etc.<BR />There's no communication to re-establish.<BR />Rerunning identification task should show that it's communicated okay.<BR /><BR />The client servers send snmp traps back via the agents, but unless your HPSIM server has changed then that shouldn't be an issue.<BR /><BR />The other item is to check you don't have any firewalls etc. blocking access. e.g. on the HPSIM server itself.
