    <description>So the All systems Display is just blank?&lt;BR /&gt;Yes&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you have any subnets listed in the Discovery ranges?&lt;BR /&gt;Yes, i have many subnets in the discovery range&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried manually discovering a known server?&lt;BR /&gt;not yet, but when you type the name of the any server in the search box, appear all list of the server with error status&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>Hi Guys, my HP SIM 5.2 SP2 unexpectedly appear like a fresh install when i login, no alerts, no servers, nothing, it working fine may be for one years and in the last days present this behavior.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;any ideas ? thanks</description>

      <description>Yes, try disabling the filters. Rerun a discovery and see what displays.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>You might want to get the DBA to check out the database.&lt;BR /&gt;Check it's not run out of log space etc.&lt;BR /&gt;You'll also need to check the HPSIM log files. Go through them and see if there's anything reported.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've not heard of the issue before and cannot think of anything that might cause this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If that all fails then you may then need to log a call with HP.</description>

      <description>I solved that problem !&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;root cause:&lt;BR /&gt;the sim's database was run out of space, the sql express limit for the data is 4GB&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;solution:&lt;BR /&gt;i install SQL Standard locally, with the update parameter (setup.exe SKUUPGRADE=1), the wizard migrate the instance and SIM back to normally, no alerts missing after two weeks unavailable, &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks all</description>
