Error on Page When setting up Select systems

HP SIM 4.1

When i am creating either a new List of
systems or trying to create an event hadler when i get to the part where it asks to select systems, whichever way i choose, when i click the "NEXT" button it gives "error on page" in the task bar of the browser. this happens when done on a local browser on the SIM server or a remote one.

I guess I should have ended this with a question. :)

what could be causing the "script error" when I try to create a systems list or a New Event Handler.

When it is done on the browser locally on the SIM server, it says "Error on page" rather than "Script error" in the bottom task bar
