Hi, I have a bl460c g1 server who's network name in SIM is always coming up as it's serial number and not its hostname, thus causing problems when trying to connect to it to view it's HP homepage. Has anyone else come across ths issue? It is not the same for all the other blade servers and for the life of me I can not find a way to fix it. Any thoughts?
Usually when the Blade Server has been discovered via the Blade Chassis or ILO before being discovered by name.
Delete it and then discover by name.
