The login screen shows up really quick, but after I logged in I have to do several refreshes before I see something happening. I removed the complete installation and did a brand new installation of the Insight manager (v3.0.1.73) and all the latest agents. Still the problem stays. When I rebooted the server I discovered that the Windows logon also take a lot of time (about 5 minutes!).<BR /><BR />Eventually I figured out the reason. When I disable the Version Control Agent, everything works fine. The System Management Homepage works properly and logging into the server goes really fast.
