      <description>I just installed SIM 4.0, and can't locate a way to change the account which is used to access the SQL database located on another server. Back in IM7.0 there was a way to change the service account.</description>

      <description>Derek -&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HPSIM uses only Windows authentication with SQL server and msde. The account credentials for the SQL server could only be specified during the initial install.</description>

      <description>Create the domain account on the remote database. Uninstall SIM then re-install it with the correct credentials and remote database server.</description>

      <description>Uninstalling and re-installing a product just to change a service accounts seems extremely drastic and a very bad design.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How can HP think that this is acceptable?</description>
