    <description>I have found that attached error occurred frequently if I installed the HP SIM from the latest version of HP SmartStart CD e.g. 8.30. regarding the server h/w model such as HP BL460c G5, BL460c G6, DL380 G3, etc.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What is wrong and any suggestion to resolve it?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>Hi Terence,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This problem seems to be related to the new versions of the Version Control Agent (VCA).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;See this thread :&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://forums11.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=1366334" target="_blank"&gt;http://forums11.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=1366334&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I experienced the same problem you have. You may choose a workaround among :&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- uninstalling VCA&lt;BR /&gt;- stopping VCA&lt;BR /&gt;- downgrading VCA&lt;BR /&gt;- unconfiguring VCA (removing the link to the HP SIM server)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hth.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Pierre-Marie</description>
