SIM Discovery Page gives a Java Runtime Exception

I updated my HP-UX 09.03 with the Quality Packs QPAPPS and QPBASE of HP-UX 09.09. After this update I get an Java Runtime Exception if I'd like to open the Discovery page. How can I fix this? Or how can I find out what exactly the problem is?

Ok, I know about the open formulation of my problem.
I could ask a little more open, because it's hard to specify the problem i details.
So after that bla bla I come to the problem description:

I do not understand why the SIM gives Java Exceptions on some pages after I update some other software like BASE update. The only thing I'd like to know is how can I debug the SIM to find out what I have to do to fix the problem.
I already know that a reinstallation of the SIM software would fix the problem. But I think this can not be the solution.
Is there a SIM specialist out there!?!?
