    <description>I am looking for a way to periodically check that SIM/Insight Remote Support Advanced functions are still working and HP will get a message when a hardware problem occurs.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I underestand that HP-SIM will notify me when a system is not reachable, but are there any scripts that can be run to check that the systems are still communicating to HP-SIM?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any Ideas?</description>

      <description>Probably needs to be in the ISEE / Remote Support Section.&lt;BR /&gt;If RSM hasn't connected to HP for (IIRC 3 days) then I get an e-mail.&lt;BR /&gt;Not sure if that can be changed.&lt;BR /&gt;Been a while since I got one so not  sure what generated the e-mail.</description>
