topic HP Network Configuration Utility 9.70.0.0 in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

I installed the HP Network configuration utility (NCU) ver. 9.70.0.0 on a DL380 G6 running Server 2k3 SP2. In addition to the base 4 NIC ports, there are an additional 2 ports on a NC328T card. When I try to run the Network Configuration Utility, I get the following error: "An error occured due to invalid data in XML file used by this application. The XML file has ben corrupted and should be reinstalled from the installation media." <BR /><BR />I've tried re-installing the NCU, downgrading to an old version of the NCU, and downgrading and re-upgrading. I still get the same error. Does anyone know what file it's talking about and how to get around this?
