      <description>Hi All,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;FYI there is a bug in the VCA supplied with 8.30 that causes the VCA service to hang up on all Windows systems when SIM Software status polling runs.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You will not be able to stop the VCA in the services panel and will have to kill off the vcagent.exe process.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You will not be able to upgrade the VCA using 'normal' methods as it's hung, HPSUM deployment just sits there waiting for it to stop which it never does....&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The fix? Download version 2.2.2.835 which has the fix.
