I have install HP SIM 5.3 SP1 on a Windows 2008 Standard R2 x64bit server. The install goes ok until I get to the respository install and the error "Not supported" appears. I have to cancel out and the repository is not installed?
Please can you let me know what OS is supported or why this error appears?
Hi,

there is a new VCRM version out since end of November (6.0.0.840) for Win 2008 R2. I think this one is not included in the hp sim install media.
Try to install this version manually:

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=3884319&prodNameId=3884320&swEnvOID=4064&swLang=13&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=MTX-932b7db7ea284963893e066885

Let us know the result.

Regards
