Migrate Linux based 5.2 CMS to new Linux based server

Can anyone point me to some documentation for migrating a Linux based CMS to a new server?

I've seen the Windows based documents but nothing for a Linux based CMS.

I have my CMS running on a RHEL 4.4 server and want to migrate it to a RHEL 5.3 server.

Thanks for the links, but neither tell me how to migrate an existing Linux based HP SIM install to a new server.
