    <description>Hi Jack.&lt;BR /&gt;I was having the same behaviour when I was restarting the SQL service for freeing the memory without previously stopping the HP Sim service.&lt;BR /&gt;Perhaps a timing issue when the server reboots and HP sim is up before SQL.&lt;BR /&gt;Try to set the HP sim service to manual, reboot the server and wait a bit for SQL to be running then start HP sim.&lt;BR /&gt;If the emails are not re-sent, then you have the cause.&lt;BR /&gt;Regards.</description>

      <description>I have a SIM 5.3 server that just started generating the very same handful of event notifications each time it is rebooted. The events notifications it sends out are old and not active events. Could some entries be "stuck" somewhere in SIM that would cause it to act that way??&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>
