SNMP Warning - Reqeust help

Have been getting warning message "The External Status MIB Agent could not create an SNMP session. The data contains the error code." in event viewer.
Already upgraded to psp-7.60. Server is having windows 2000. Can somebody help me to fix this issue? Why this warning keep coming?

That's all very old software. Where is the happening? On the HPSIM Server itself or one of the servers HPSIM monitors.
Seems as though SNMP itself is broken.

It's happening in the server itself. Not sure why its keep coming as i can see SNMP services are running fine in the server.

In truth I don't think you're going to get a lot of help.
Windows 2000 and PSP 7.60 are very old.

What version of HP SIM are you running on this server?
You may need to consider building a new server with HPSIM 6.0 on a current OS when it's released.

Is there anything else installed on this server that might take over SNMP?
