This can be used to load or reload licenses into HP SIM.<BR />There's docs on the format somewhere, but that might give an indication of where to look.<BR /><BR />Also, not seen it yet, but the new HP SIM 6.0 seems to have some migration tools available with it. As I say, not seen it, but it may be worth holding off any upgrades until that is released.
