A couple of ways but the easiest is to open the SMH on the SIM server, and go to the VCRM. At that point click on the Catalog tab and then select Update from HP.com now. That should populate it.

Steve

Hi.
After installing HP SIM 5.3 sp 1 (typical installation), when setting up automatic downloading support packages from HP, lost opportunity to choose the OS. Wizard skips this item. And in the settings. s SIM - Options - VCRM shows only that "This repository is empty". How to make VCRM download packages of support for some OSes?
SIM set to dl 380g5, win server 2003 r2.
