It runs quite fast when i'm working on localhost (via RDP). Problems we observe are connected with remote access via HTTPS. Sometimes it takes minute or so to get neccessary data (i.e. events) , sometimes it 'hangs' so I have to hit "refresh" in my browser. I would look at the network interface of the Xen box if the SIM page responding quickly at the console.
