Integrate DELL PowerEdge Servers into HP SIM

Hello,

I've a HP SIM 5.2 running with a lot of HP servers in it. I now have some Dell PowerEdge servers that I want to integrate in HP SIM.
I found a document to do this on the internet. I was able to add the servers and they are recognized as a 'Dell Server' but I don't get much info in the data collection. Not even the serial number. Does anyone has a solution for this ?

Do you have Dell's OpenManage Server Administrator installed on the servers? Is SNMP enabled and config'd properly?
