Hi,
I have upgraded SIM from version 5.3 sp1 to 6.0 on DL360 G6 server with Win2008R2 Std x64. PSP 8.30
SIM 6.0 stops receive SNMP traps from any system in my environment. When I restart SIM service - it receiving SNMP traps 5-20 minutes and after that stops to receive it. I can't find any useful information in SIM or Win App Log.
After that i tried install PSP 8.40, reinstall SIM6.0, but it didn't solve this issue.

Who know how this SIM behaviour can be fixed? And where is a problem?

Did you ever fix this?
I'm having the same issue... no SIM traps are coming through in email.

I get "Service Event generated" from WEBES, but no SNMP info.
I did do that actually.

Amazingly, last night I saw 2 events come in, so it may be working now, but may be sporadic.

I'm going to watch it for a bit.
