In SIM, I have 2 HPUX server running on blade showing the same UUID, therefore SIM merge the 2 servers record into one and showing multiple IP address. I have tried to remove the entires and discover again, same result.

Any idea?

Do they have same serial number? if yes then change one of them.(thru BIOS)
UUID is combination of Serial number and product ID hence should be unique.

Both the servers might be having factory default serial numbers. SInce UUID is the combination of Serial number and productID, you need to set correct serial number on both the blades. You can change the serial number either in the blade BIOS or through OA.
