topic Firmware and software revision in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

Hi,

I tried to add linux servers to our hpsim.
We decided to only install the hp-health agent sand the hp-snmp agents on the linux servers. This went good with a first test machine.
The second server doesn't display the "Firmware And Software Revision" category in his system page in hpsim.

Both servers are on the same subnet, so network should not be a problem.
Does anyone know why the "Firmware And Software Revision" category is not displaying for the 2nd server?

Thanks.

Thanks for your reaction.
Yes, both the systems have the same credentials and snmp config. The other data (Identification, Product description, system contact, primary customer contact, system site information and entitlement information) is displaying properly.

I did ran the discovery task again several times, but it still doesn't come up with the "Firmware and software revision" information.
