MxDTF restarting

SIM running on windows 2k3

SIM can't start, and the event log shows mxdtf restarting every 15-20 seconds. No ssh errors in the logs, but I do see this in mxdtf.0.log - has anyone come across this before? I've been digging through the forums but most of the mxdtf issues I've seen had associated ssh failures, which doesn't seem to be the case...

Try checking the file and directory permissions for the config\certstor directory under where HP SIM is installed. The permissions should allow the SIM service account user (default LocalSystem) to access that directory.

Can you post the directory listing of the config/certstor directory (inclucing size and date/time stamp) and the file permissions. Output from "dir" and "cacls *" will suffice.

Has anyone gotten a resolution to this issue? We are still experiencing this issue while trying to install HP SIM 6.3
