    <description>I updated the management agents on a Proliant ML370 G3 from 7.00 to 7.10. Now when I try to access to update additional software I get the message below. Does anybody know why or how to fix?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; VCA1089298866 7/8/2004 8:01:06 AM The Version Control Agent encountered an error while obtaining the software and firmware inventory.</description>

      <description>I figured out that the computer running the Version Control Agent must have "localhost" name on the security tab in SNMP setup as well as the name/IP of the Insight Manager server.</description>
