    <description>hi, one easy way is to install the agents again, after reconig them. open the support pack, left side you will find the point configuratable agents. right mouse button and config and check the box overwrite old config (or something like this). see screenshot.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;best regards&lt;BR /&gt;christian</description>

      <title>insight managment agent and array utility</title>

      <description>i have a problem in the setup hp array configuration utility. when i run the setup to turn on the remote administration i can't get the change administration password page, even though is the first time i run it. So i can't access the system view because, the local administrator pwd, is no recognized as valid by the system. I've tried to reinstall the software with no resolution. my utility release is: 7.15.19.0&lt;BR /&gt;i have also tried to reinstall the insight managment agent, release 7.10.0.0, but the problem is the same. Is there a way to reset the pwd or change it, because i didn't find any link in the web consolle to do it. At the moment i can't admin the server from a remote workstation as i want.&lt;BR /&gt;please let me know a way to solve this issue,&lt;BR /&gt;many thanks Gian Piero</description>
