Hi,

sometimes HP SIM web interface stop responding and event log shows these events and I need to restart SIM service manually:

Nobody else is experiencing the same issue? Any help would be really appreciated.
HTTP 404 on SIM interface is really a noisy problem when you need access to SIM interface. I have to manually restart SIM service every time to make it working again.

Hi,

not really. I am still having about one-two SIM crash per day but now it automatically restarts (no more 404 pages).
Just upgraded SIM to ver 6.1 and then 6.2 and limited SQL server memory usage to save server memory to SIM process.

Please also refer to this document at page 4 "Job cleanup for a large number of managed systems" and lower values to save some memory too. This also helped.
