    <description>you may want to confrm if you installed the entire PSP , if you did then yu can confirm by netstat -ano and look for the port 2381 to confirm if its opened properly,you can see the logs at C:/cpqsystem... &lt;BR /&gt;hope this help</description>

      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I could not able to open HP managment page. I tried with https://serverip:2381, https://servername:2381. HP managment home page service is running fine.where i can find installed files in the system?</description>

      <description>&lt;SYSTEM_DRIVE&gt;\hp\hpsmh in the installer folder of 'HP System Management Homepage' (SMH). From here you can verify the running status of SMH, by:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- going through logs\error_log file&lt;BR /&gt;- by executing 'smhlogreader' in bin folder&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;These might help you in getting to the root of the issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.&lt;/SYSTEM_DRIVE&gt;</description>
