HP Server Migration Tool

We are trying to migrate from a HP DL380 G5 to a HP DL380 G6 server. I installed HP ICE 6.1 on another server and trying to input the ICE key registered from HP. I can input the key in HP Insight Manager but however in Server Migration Tool, it still shows zero license. Is there a separate key that we need to get in order to make this work? I tried the trial key on this page and it says its invalid.

Is the ICE license enough to run Server migration tool?
