topic Insight Control Migration - NAT in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

I am trying to migrate a Win2K3 server from another datacenter to my DL380 G7 via a WAN link. The source IP address is NAT by firewall.

I found the SIM cannot communicate the source agent, eventhough the agent is manually installed, and we can sucessfully telnet the required TCP ports between SIM and source server.

Can anyone advice if NAT is not supported?
