The source IP address is NAT by firewall. <BR /><BR />I found the SIM cannot communicate the source agent, eventhough the agent is manually installed, and we can sucessfully telnet the required TCP ports between SIM and source server. <BR /><BR />Can anyone advice if NAT is not supported?
