Not directly. You'd need to look at the Vulnerability and Patch Management (VPM) product.
It can be managed from SIM, but it's a licensed (with cost) addin.
I do run a script that extracts a list of servers from the database and runs MBSA against them to verify patch compliance, so you could do something similar.

I'm guessing it is Microsoft Base Security Analyzer.

Yep - MBSA = Microsoft Baseline Analyzer. It's useful as it has a command line option. useful for scripting. It can generate reports in a number of formats.
