Event notifier won't send SMTP e-mail

Hi,

I have several servers, diffirent ML and DL. I have installed SNMP and configured. When I open the System Management Homepage I can see all the information of the health of the server. So far so good. But, I want the Event Notifier to send an e-mail to me when an error occurs. On some servers, this works great.

On the servers where it doesn't work, I open the System Management Homepage, click on settings, and click on Send Test Trap. No e-mail is recieved.

When I do this on a server where it does work, I recieve a e-mail message with the test trap.

I already check my spam filter and configured both servers the same way. Anyone got an idea?

Is the Test Trap being received in the Events of the server in HP SIM ? If you don't see it there then no email will ever be sent
