HP Server agent not reporting to HP Insight Manager

Hi
I have HP Server install with a SIM Agent.
This server have is an application firewall that comes with a Hosted firewall. The OS is on windows 2003 SP2 and the windows Firewall has been disabled.

May I know what ports are required to open for this server to communicate to the HP Insight Manager?

it all depends on what you want to achieve : fault management (snmp 162,wbem 5989, inventory etc...

the following doc should help you out. It describes the different ports used by protocol (snmp, wbem, etc...)

I just need to managed the hardware fault if the hardware is faulty.

Can you share with me your expeience on the ports to open on this?
