VCA not listed all software

Hello,
we want to use update the psp with version control agent.
But when we take a look on the software status (I have append) many tools not listed in "Support Pack" and "Latest Version".
Whats going wrong?

The PSP only contains the essential drivers and agents as well as some of the utilities. Other tools are not included or listed in the PSP.
Did you mean you couldn't attach (append) something?
What was not being listed that you think should have been?

I have append a screenshot from my vca windows. This is not listed in the thread.
