Thanks for the reply, but calling the support numbers results in hours or being passed from one number to another.

I have been trying for months to get a support contract with HPSIM and still waiting. A guy in HP has been trying to help but it seems he has given up trying as he is not replying!

Can anyone give me a direct email or phone number?

We have 30+ proliant servers all with maintenance contracts and I downloaded HPSIM 6.2 for free. Obviously this forum is useful but search results mainly find solutions for older versions of HPSIM or are not relevant and waiting for a reply can take days.
