      <description>I have been trying for months to get a support contract with HPSIM and still waiting. A guy in HP has been trying to help but it seems he has given up trying as he is not replying!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can anyone give me a direct email or phone number?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have 30+ proliant servers all with maintenance contracts and I downloaded HPSIM 6.2 for free.  Obviously this forum is useful but search results mainly find solutions for older versions of HPSIM or are not relevant and waiting for a reply can take days.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advanced.</description>
