There have been no changes to the servers. It is happening on 8 servers out of around 170. Two of the servers I mange myself, so I know there have been no changes to those.

I am getting the following error all of a sudden on some of my servers when I try to open the VCA: An error occurred while formatting the page for display.
The log shows the following: Additional Data
XSLTTransform::applyTransform - SAX Exception!
File: C:\hp\hpsmh\data\cgi-bin\vcagent\xsl.en\inventory.xsl
Line: 1
Col: 1
Msg: Invalid document structure
However, this is not happening on all of my servers. Any thoughts?

Only the obvious, any changes to the servers having the problems?
Possibly try clearing the browser cache or trying a different browser.
I've not seen it here, but we're a bit behind on our PSP patching at the moment.

Probably you can reset it with the following commands: (place them in a cmd file)
taskkill /f /im/ vcagent.exe
net stop sysmgmthp
net start sysmgmthp
net start cpqvcagent
