    <description>Can someone help please I have installed a new sim server v6.2 and after discovering systems in the system name column it is giving the ip address not the server name is it possible to change this so as it shows the server name not ip address (or could show both) any help much appreciated</description>

      <description>You seem to have a DNS Problem which is causing this.  I would be best to fix that first.  Otherwise there is a way to go into the propeties of the system and give it a name and force it to use that name.</description>

      <description>As previous poster has said, names are generated from DNS. You need both forward and reverse lookups to be working correctly.</description>
