Repository Manager Auto Update Error

Forcing Update of Repository from HP give the following Error in the Log:
The automatic repository update failed because an error occurred while processing the download site catalog. [ details ]

The Details are as follows:

Error for file: C:\hp\hpsmh\data\webapp-data\vcrepository\catalog.xml
Error code: 2147500037
End element was missing the character '>'.

I've deleted the catalog.xml and catalogindex.xml, and restarted the service, forced update and get the same error.

I've set the VCRM service to use a System Local Admin account with no success.

The only thing in the repository is a Support Pack I manually downloaded and extracted to the Repository folder. It will not download any that I've selected (windows 2003, 2003 X64, etc).

I am getting the same error message. For me it appears to have started with my 2/14 automatic daily update.

When I go to ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software2/COL3293/ I notice that the files there were updated on 2/14.
