How do you exactly integrate NNM with Insight Manager? Is the integration native to NNM or is there an integration package available?

There is an integration package called Insight Manager for OpenView available for free. Get it here:

I have not been able to give people points for a long time. There seems to be able with the point assignment and other people that I know have this same problem. If anyone shows me how to fix it, I will be more than happy to assign those points.
