HP SIM 6.2 + data collection do not work properly

My HP SIM is monitoring 1000 servers + ILO
Recently the option "data collection" does not work on most servers.
When I delete server from the database this funtion works fine.
I reinstall SIM server, import all hosts using file to database. Data collection works correctly! After 2 weeks ago function "data collection" was not work

Error looks like:
There is no system or event found for this specific collection. Select a different system collection and/or attribute-driven event collection for this report.

There is status of identify process
- The system has valid hardware data (model, serial number, and unique identifier) and has been identified properly for SIM to
manage.
- Received a response from the System Management Homepage(SMH), it supports SMH.
- The system responded to an SNMP request; it supports SNMP Protocol and has a valid read community string.
- Running HP ProLiant management agent identification...
Normal: Identification can get the system information from the ProLiant SNMP Foundation agents for servers.

There is a new version 6.2.3 of System Management Homepage (SMH) available that corrects data collection problems with HP SIM/Insight Remote Support Advanced.

Now, SMH update does not resolve this problem.
If the object (for instance server) does not have events, data collection does not work.
If you generate test trap, therefore your database has 1 event concerning this server and data collection works again)
This is bag?

SIM 6.2 + patch
Windows 2008 R2 Standart
SQL 2008 SP 1 Standart 64 bit
