I am the sysadmin of SIM. I keep receiving this message when I try to do anything to one piece of hardware:

The drilldown tool cannot be launched. The current user is not authorized to run the tool on the particular system.

I have been all over the internet and cannot find a solution to this problem so, I am guessing I am not asking the right question.

Do you know what I am doing wrong?

Here's more information on my piece of the SIM software:

HP Systems Insight Manager

Central management server:
Hostname: <GREAT host="" name="">
Operating system: Windows 2003
Version:Systems Insight Manager 6.2 - Windows

Build version: C.06.02.00.00
Build date: 2010-09-23 13:00
Patches:
User name: Administrator

</GREAT>
