topic HPSIM 6.1 in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

MXDOMAINMGT.EXE starts and then stops, when I run mxconfigrepo -f I get this result:

Performing repository corruption fix.
HP Systems Insight Manager shutting down: com.hp.mx.database.DbVerificationException: Problem initializing the database.
com.hp.mx.database.DbVerificationException: Authentication type should be host or dbms. We cannot initialize the database
Completed repository corruption fix.

mxstatus -l gives this result:

Listing current SIM status...
SIM status: Not Ready

The server is a HP ProLiant DL380 G5, running Windows 2008 64bit. The database is remote on a Windows 2008 64bit cluster running a MSSQL 2005 cluster.

Anyone got any ideas on why this started happening in the last 24 hours? The system has 12GB of memory which as added last Wednesday and was patched with the latest MS patches on the same day.
