      <description>Hi, I did installation of HP SIM 6.2 on our Windows 2008 R2, HP DL 365G1 server, created all the service account, installed SIM, but on HP Insight Control virtual machine management and server migration, it tell's me that, the specified service account credentials are not valid, yet I can login with this credentials, as well installed the HP Insight Manager, any help is wellcomed,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>Hi, I have tried 3 different credentials including the local account with admin rights still no joy, plus the changing of account name is greyed out, when installing just the vmm pack.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got the same issue at start of the installation process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Didnt find any solution yet... I m stuck with no way to install Insight software&lt;/P&gt;</description>
